Only Tor Browser and Firefox not flatpak Browsers and Tor Browser only showed up as Tor Browser Settings. When trying to run the installer from the Tor Setting it crashed with a 404 error. Had removed Firefox only to reinstall as Zen Browser only available as a Flatpak package and like Q4OS, Ungoogled Chromium is only available as a flatpak. Very disappointed no APT packages. Ungoogled Chromium does have Debian package but is for Sid not Bookworm! Sigh!
I have flatpak and the Software Store Flatpak Extension uninstalled.
So, following curiosity, I searched browsers on the store to see what comes up:
- Epiphany
- Tor
- Luakit
- Falkon
- Konqueror
- Dillo
- QuteBrowser
- Netsurf
And of course,
- Firefox
I could not find the big names; Vivaldi, Chromium, Opera, Safari, etc. Firefox was a Flatpak only, but folllowing feedback, the ZorinGroup set up the APT for it.
Vivaldi, Opera and Chromium are available as Flatpaks. Safari isn't.

I mention Safari since it is big name, but I am not surprised if it is not available. It is a MacOS thing...

When Zorin OS 18 is released, I will be looking forward to trying out the new browser default, Brave. I'm also happy to hear that the Zorin team will hide the unwanted garbage, and set the shady stuff to be auto off too. Unlike in Firefox where things are auto on in telemetry till turned off manually.
