I also have these messages for some zorin themes :

bt@zero:~$ sudo flatpak uninstall --unused

These runtimes in installation 'system' are pinned and won't be removed; see flatpak-pin(1):

Nothing unused to uninstall

Is there anything that I could do to correct these ???

Thanks,
BT

Nope. The end of life packages is the developers of these apps using that need to update their apps.

The gtk3 flatpak themes are there for to make sure that flatpak apps looks similiar to Zorin themes.

Thank for answer. I will wait update for those apps. I was quite puzzled since flatpak is supposed to be everything included to avoid any dependencies and this message seems to void it all ...

The applications are still working though, correct? You just see these messages during updates, from what I understand. If I'm correct, that would mean that flatpak is doing exactly what it's intended to: keeping apps working by using the included dependencies. The author of Feeds just hasn't kept those dependencies up to date. They're the ones his or her application expects, instead of the up to date versions.

In the case of Pomodoro, the author simply stopped making updates, so the updater is telling you the application is no longer being maintained. You might want to look for another Pomodoro app, or you could continue using that one if it still works.

One inconvenient truth about Flatpak is how it won't update an application if the new version requires a newer runtime. In other words, you need to check if there is an update from time to time, because flatpak only checks against your current runtime version.

Since all applications will eventually move on to a higher runtime version, well, that just leaves people with the inevitable situation of running out of date packages... which is one of the primary purposes of using Flatpak in the first place.

Imagine using only Flatpak packages, and having to check manually for updates for every single application directly on the project's website. And then, if you want the update, uninstall it and install the new version (along with it's huge runtime dependency). It's just... mind blowing why anyone would want that, or push for it incessantly even to beginner-friendly distributions, where the intended audience is not aware nor care about any of this.

Because the runtime thing is cleared one thing to the Zorin Stuff:

That are the Zorin Themes. And they are secured so that You can't simply rmove them.
