FSF-compatible licensing of Zorin Pro

As I understand, techically Zorin Pro is just Zorin Core with preinstalled apps (all of them Free/Libre Software) and custom themes, correct?

So on what grounds is distributing Zorin Pro prohibited? The FAQ states that I can install it on multiple machines, but I cannot distribute it to other parties.

Is it because the themes use some kind of non-free license like CC-BY-NC?

Or there are other proprietary software blobs present in Zorin Pro that are not present in Zorin Core?

Or is it simply a restriction on the ISO binary?

TL;DR is Zorin Pro Libre Software as defined by FSF, respecting the Four Essential Freedoms (What is Free Software? - GNU Project - Free Software Foundation)? After purchasing, do we get access to all the source code needed to build Zorin Pro?

PRO doesn't just come with APPS pre-installed for your convenience. PRO also comes with additional custom desktop layouts, created by the Zorin OS dev team. Additionally, PRO comes with installation support, direct by the dev's. You are paying for convenience, more custome goodies, and dev support.

You may see it as a donation to the dev's, cause thats what it is. However, Licensed IP creations licensed under PRO, you are not allowed to redistribute to others for free, as that takes money off the table to support the dev's, who do this as their main job.

AKA, do not commit piracy.

You can imagine what it would be like if the ZorinGroup was inundated by third party help requests, due to an .iso hosted by a third party, maintaining that .iso and possibly modifying it...

Zorin OS Pro is Licensed, not proprietary.
