I had installed Zorin 17 and Geary was working really great on that. I only installed it about 5 days ago and then I was so upset to see that these developers have released a new Zorin and did not even have the decency to tell us that a new one was coming out in a few days. I would have waited. So I uninstalled my entire OS, although ZORIN NEEDS TO SUPPORT OS UPGRADES ACROSS VERSION AND NOT AMONG THEM, LIKE DUH???! And when i did that and installed Zorin 18, I now find that Geary is not supported or up to date. I cannot run it with a command prompt or open the app. It worked so much better than the Evolution app, which is slow and bloated. I hate them and I hate Thunderbird, so Geary is far far better. So why is this not supported in Zorin 18 and why didn't anyone have the decency to support it or even let people know who were downloading Zorin 17 last week that a new OS was coming. What in the hell?
Can someone tell me if there are plans to fix this and support the latest Geary? Or do I have to try another email client again. Geary is by far the best one. Why are you not supporting it? I can't understand some of the decisions made by devs. They all seem so incredibly stupid! And no support for the Core version is total sh*t. OK? Anyone have ay luck with Geary or any advice and no I am not apologizing for tone so forget that now. OK? Just answer.
