Getting error about read/write to cd0 when zorin boots in vm

trying to install zorin on a bhyve VM , i have it working on another bhyve VM that is an older gen6 dell 3060 micro but this one ryzen 5 5500 in a msi B550 with 32gb and 4tb nvme.

created the disk and all but for some reason when it tries to create a ram disk it cries about writing to areas other than cd0.

Do You have any Secure Boot Options for the VM? Also: This isn't a local VM, isn't it? Or do You have a Remote Control? I ask because of the Browser Interface.
