Hi. My search result using Brave A.I. result:
"AMD Adrenaline does not exist for Linux ; there is no direct equivalent of the Windows Adrenaline control panel for Ubuntu 24.04 or any other Linux distribution.
Instead, AMD uses open-source Mesa drivers which are integrated directly into the Linux kernel and updated automatically via your package manager."
and
"AMD officially recommends using the drivers provided by your Linux distribution rather than installing proprietary software. While AMD provides Radeon Software for Linux installers for specific enterprise or unsupported distributions, these do not include the Adrenaline GUI and are intended for users with very recent GPUs not yet supported by the standard distro repositories. For Ubuntu 24.04, the open-source drivers are generally sufficient for gaming and productivity without additional configuration."
I used Ubuntu 24.04 in search criteria as that is what Zorin 18 is a fork of.
Theoretically, You don't need any Software because the Drivers for AMD are already in the Kernel.
But when You want something for Adjustments, I've heard LACT should be a good Tool. you can download the .deb Package here:
Use for Zorin 18 the one with ubuntu-2404.deb at the End:
I use LACT for my Radeon 7900 XTX card, so I can recommend it.
