So as yall might know that i recently took ownership of / and then my pc was cooked and yall told me to get my data during a new zorin boot try mode.rn the prob is that it booted fine till the menue of try or install so when i click try,after 5 mins of loading there is a black screen since pls help rn emergency
You can try it with "Try or install Zorin (safe graphics)" when booting.
Make sure that you really boot from your USB stick and not from the installed Zorin. In the BIOS, the USB stick should be at the top of the boot options (it must also be plugged in before booting).
Bri first i tried to boot it without any graphics options then the black screen happened but now when i booted again from nvidia modern graphics its stuck and just booting for 20 mins
Im pretty sure i did it from the usb i went in bois and selected to boot from usb its confirmed
Did you wipe the drive or just do an overlay install that kept the files intact?
I would have wipes the drive, then installed.
Bro im doing try mode to recover my data anyway after booting from safe graphics its finally kinda working im in try mode but everything is so slow is it because the bootable usb is 2.0

Yes, booting with safe mode and 2.0 USB is much slower than booting from a normal installation.
