Hardware Encoding in Handbrake not working AMD

I am really desperate and at my wits end...

I am trying to use the Hardware Encoding of my AMD rx7800 with Handbrake - and whatever i do - i does not find the correct drivers. It still only finds the software drivers in Handbrake.

I can use the AMD Hardware Encoding with ffmpeg no problem - but Handbrake just refuses. Anybody an idea?

Did you install Handbrake as a Flatpak?
