That's probably the remnants of the previous install as it's still picking up that version from somewhere. No idea how the Software Store handles this, to be honest. This is why I prefer to use the terminal because while it's a little harder to get used to, it's more transparent in what it does (since you're running the commands yourself).
If it works, don't touch it!
