My question is what is better zorin 18 pro from zorin 18 core because I'm thinking of buying this version and I'm also interested in whether the key will work for version 19 after coming out
The license is only for Zorin 18 pro, not for Zorin 19 pro.
It depens on your needs. You can first install Zorin 18 core and look if you like ithe OS. When you are satisfied, everything runs well on your computer and you would like to have more preinstalled apps and more layouts, you can upgrade to the Pro version.
Pro is not better - but it saves you work (you don't need to install the apps yourself or tinker to get other layouts) and supports the developers financially.

buying pro also helps to fund Zorin but i installed Zorin core first to try it out then i upgraded to pro when i found that everything worked and i liked it.
