Hello, I bought the pro version but I didn't get any email or download link. Still the money for the pro version has been deducted from my account. I tried to use > Re-send your download link for Zorin OS Pro, but no luck.
Please ensure that in your Pro purchase, that your email matches the one you registered with.

Also check your Spam/Junk mail box for the email.
Its matching 100%. Double-checked before making purchase. Still didn't receive any e-mail after payment whatsoever.

Kamil - I also tagged AZorin and Zorink (Artyom and Kyrill Zorin) to view the thread. When they are online and available, they should see the notification and look into it.
I checked it and there's nothing there.

Well thank you for your help, I hope it will be resolved quickly and I can use Zorin Pro
