To give some context... My computer was shutoff improperly and when I managed to boot it again, it was stuck at 1024x768 resolution (4:3), the display partition is under:
xrandr-None-1 Monitor
While my monitor's (LG Ultragear 24') resolution is 1920x1080! For more context, I attempted to re-install NVIDIA drivers to no avail, I attempted to add new resolution through xrandar to no avail, and I attempted to simply plug out and plug back in my monitor to, yet again, no avail!
