For APT Packages, You can use the Command sudo apt autoremove (please take a Look at the List of the to be deleted Filed before You delete them)

For Flatpaks, it would be flatpak uninstall --unused to remove unused Dependencies. to that, You could use the Program flatsweep to remove additional Program Rests.

Then there would be Options like Bleachbit or Ubuntu Cleaner which runs systemwide. With these, You should be a bit careful.

Another thought. When you select an application for installation and click on 'Apply' via Synaptic Package Manager which relies on other dependencies it will notify you that other packages will also be installed. When you remove an application with Synaptic Package Manager it also removes all flotsam and jetsam (which is why gnome-software gets removed if I were still using Zorin).
