How can i restore ppa

In Software Updater under Other software how can I restore the defaults ppa's? Any help would be deeply appreciated.

sudo -i

nautilus

Navigate to "Other Locations > Computer", then to /etc/apt/

Right click on sources.list and select "Open in text editor from the menu.
In the editor, select all, then clear it out to a blank file.
Next copy and paste this into it:

The above also sets all sources to Main Server
Save the file.
Test in the terminal with

exit

sudo apt update
