How Do I Open the Network Manager & Network Connection Window

I'm a New Zorin OS user. How do I open the Network Manager and specifically the
Network Connections Window so that I can add a VPN connection?

From Settings in the app menu, move to the Network Tab in the left pane. If you do not see it, you may need to hit the Back button on the upper left on the titlebar to move back a screen in the Settings window.
