I have the language option and airplane mode stuck in my taskbar and want them removed but I can't seem to find out how?

When you right click that area, there should be a customization option that allows you to add/remove (un)used icons/widgets.
Forgive me for not being more detailed as i am using kde, not gnome. My recommendation is by memory.
There may also be a way to go through settings, display and taskbar i think... again, you would have to do a little searching because it's been over a year since I've been in gnome.
I tried right clicking in the airplane icon but still nothing...
Also can I turn off both airplane mode and bluetooth at the same time?
