I installed zorinOs a few days ago, and in live mode, I hadn't noticed this white line on the toolbar. Does anyone know how I can disable this feature?

What white Line? I don't see one.
That is part of your monitor, not the display from Zorin OS.
That is why it does not appear in your screenshot.
A graphics glitch is possible - what Video / Graphics card are you using?
You might also go through your monitor settings and see if you can affect or change that strange line.

My Graphics Card is a GTX-1650
when you installed zorin did you also choose the install 3rd party drivers?
if so open the software updater apt then settings after it finishes running then at top the additional drivers and see if it is using the 535 propritary driver
Is this a new Problem? For me, it looks like an Issue with Your Display; maybe a Row of Pixels isn't okay.
