How i know if there r updates run in the background

do u mean using tools to do that, or commandline

From CLI, you can run the following command. I use this and it works very well:

I just discovered this one... Sometimes, your RAM fills while you are working and it is not a good time to reboot. With three commands, you can clear out some RAM: sudo sync sudo sysctl -w vm.drop_caches=3 IMPORTANT!: You must run the following command again, or information currently in RAM that you are using and need could be lost sudo sync After running all three of the above, you should see a marked increase in Available RAM.

For Tools, you can use Ubuntu Cleaner or Bleachbit; both of which are comprehensive, easy to use and effective.

can i notice that in task-manger or running process in terminal, i mean , there are name for that process?

Yes and Software store running in the background will show as gnome-software.
I use a conky that displays all running processes - I wonder if this may be a useful tip for you for actively monitoring what processes pop up, then disappear.
