external wallpaper(i mean browse pic from the local drive) is zoomed and how to fit into the display?

It's under Background in the Appearance tab in GNOME Tweaks.
sudo apt install -y gnome-tweaks
If you don't have it yet. I don't remember if you can do it in Zorin Appearance since I haven't used Zorin in a while.
