How to install pyinstaller in zorin

I want to install pyinstaller but in everywhere I go they say that I should run : "pip3 install pyinstaller" command in terminal but when I do that, it says: <
Command 'pip3' not found, but can be installed with:
sudo apt install python3-pip >

and I know if I run that command, it doesn't gonna give me the pyinstaller.
so can anyone help me with it please ?

thanks for your attention. it did work.
but another problem that I had was the root access. and when I fix that. it worked.
