Well, first of all I have Z16 core and lite in different disks but I deleted Z16 Lite because I decided use Core but I lose my grub and I don't know why because my Z16 core have a partition FAT 32 EFI/boot how to recover my grub?? 
How did you delete Lite?
Depending on this answer, you may only need to try using os-prober and then sudo update-grub

I use Gparted to delete it then I put in the terminal sudo update-grub and reboot my PC but it doesn't work and can I recover my grub using ZLite in my USB??
