Is it only NTFS formatted or is there actual Windows installed on it?
But, okay. Let's see ... So, You have 2 Drives. During the Installation choose the ''Something else'' Option to create manually the Partitions.
Then choose first the Winodws formatted Drive. Create there free Space and use for it the Mount Point /home and format that to ext4 and then only this Partition will be in ext4 while the Rest of the Drive will still have the Windows Format.
Then choose the other Drive and take so much Space You want and use for it the Mount Point / and format it to ext4. Then You need an EFI-Partition. Here would be now the Question again if You still have Windows installed.
If Windows is still installed:
On the Option ''Device for boot loader installation'' choose ''Windows Boot Manager'' as Target.
If Windows is not installed:
Take some space from the Drive ... let's say 300MB and create an EFI-Partition.
