Welcome to the Forum!
Does Your System run in Wayland or X11? You can check that with the Terminal Command echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE
When it runs in Wayland, I would suggest to switch to X11/Xorg and check if it works then. To switch, go to the Login Screen. Click there on Your Profile so that the Password Field appears. When it is appeared, You should see a Gear Icon in the bottom right Corner. Click on it and choose the Option ''Zorin Desktop on Xorg'' and then log in.
Other Things:
Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled?
If Windows is still installed: Is Fast start-Up in Windows disabled?
Did You tried Zorin in Live Mode on the USB Stick before You have installed it? If yes: Did the Touchscreen work then?
I used Wayland but switched to X11 now.
Still the same issue as before.
No touch screen
Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled? BOTH IS DISABLED
If Windows is still installed: Is Fast start-Up in Windows disabled? DISABLED
Did You tried Zorin in Live Mode on the USB Stick before You have installed it? If yes: Did the Touchscreen work then?
EVEN FROM LIVE BOOT, THE TOUCH DOESNT WORK
Could You post Your Hardware Specs please?
Check Additional Drivers in Software & Updates, and look to see if you have a touchpad driver. If so, select it to install, once finished, restart the computer.
While having a not working touchpad is inconvenient, you can always use an external mouse. I personally have always used an external mouse, because I hate touchpads.
Touch Pad?
This issue related to my TOUCHSCREEN!!
Can you please refrain from yelling?

An
likely uses ELAN, Wacom or Synaptics for the touchscreen device. We need to identify which you have and if the driver is recognized.
What is your terminal output for:
cat /proc/bus/input/devices
And
libinput list-devices
