I can log in on my phone but can't log in on my computer on which Zorin is installed to ask for help

So I just tried logging in on my computer which has zorin installed and can NOT despite being made to change my password trying to troubleshoot. However, I am logged in from my phone here as I post this. I used the same credentials! Why??

It could be because there is no more storage space available as you wrote in your other thread.

What do You mean exactly with that you can't change Your Password? How do You want change it? Do You get any error Messages? When You want change it in the Settings, try it with unlicking first:
