I see that you've run into a busybox error, this can happen from time to time. If you type "exit" at that prompt, it should prompt you to run fsck on a disk, so that it can go through and fix some errors that have occurred on it.

I prefer and often recommend re-installation over an upgrade, as it eliminates risks of things going wrong because of something in the configuration that turns the whole thing upside down.
