I don't want partially minimized windows

Hi Folks,
I was using Zorin 16 Pro and now 17 Pro. When I have multiple windows open, some of them are partially minimised. I want all windows to stay at full-screen or completely minimised. How do I do this?

This gnome extension opens all windows maximized. I'm not sure if you like that or need full screen.

In the settings of the extension you can set the gaps to 0.
