I installed zorin os lite 16 but the pc died while installing

I installed zorin os lite 16 but the pc shutdown while installing the updates (the last part of the process). Now, everytime I start the pc, my screen starts blinking for a few seconds (I used to have zorin core in this same pc without this problem but I changed because it's a ■■■■■■ pc)

Can you boot in your pc? I mean in Core version?

Can you still boot from the ZorinOS installation USB?

Died. I mean the processor died or motherboard? You mean gpu died.
