I'll just try to make a list of the software I had and reinstall it later. Bad thing.
If you are able to Drop to Prompt in recovery menu- will it produce an output for apt list installed?
It will. I know it. If apt works, this will also display packages. Python also works so the most packages should be working but my system doesn't know where to get the DE.
