Use the ZorinRed-Dark theme in gnome-shell
In the gnome-shell.css file, I want to know the name of this menu to change the color and control transparency

I changed the text color in the buttons
I didn't know the name of the menu.

That is called Quick Settings. Sorry I can't help you further as I no longer use the Gnome Desktop on Zorin.
