I didn't find lite version for kali linux like zorin lite xfce, can i use kali linux tools in zorin lite, or there r a lite version for kali linux? I don't mean virtual machine
You should be able to install any tool from Kali on Zorin OS regardless of the desktop environment you are using.

I tried it before, not Kali rather Parrot, and some tools of it cannot be seen in other cannot be seen in other distro.

It may depend on the tool... But most applications should be cross-version compatible.
