I do not think Pro edition is offered through Torrent since
only the licence purchaser can download Pro.

Yes, you are right. Pro version is only available from one mirror or it maybe depends on link which you got on email.
Sorry to hear that you have issues with download. Can you try it maybe with different browser.
I am using Firefox, tried to download pro version on Linux and Windows , got really great speed. Finished download in few minutes.
Maybe try later, or during the night, when mirrors are less used
Due to the fact that I reside in the Oceania Region, no matter what browser I use, the maximum data speed is 100-300kbps for the Zorin OS Pro, Since Arch has multiple mirrors around the world, I may stick with it since that's just common sense when launching an distro, that not one part of the world is just going to use Zorin.......
This is not a completely true.
For core and other versions you have mirrors from whole world.

For pro it depends. If you want, you can contact Zorin team to get pro mirror from your area.
Updates etc are from worldwide, like as Arch
I contacted support and received only one reply. I am still waiting for a response to my last reply about my computers make and model, and that was over a week ago. I do not understand how pro users can be charged for a service that does not exist, so asking for a mirror for my region, will be what.... One month.......

We originally sent the email asking for your computer's make and model number 6 days ago, but have not received any reply from you since.
We host Zorin OS 16 Pro on a number of mirrors around the world, and the server automatically redirects to the closest one based on your IP address. Our nearest Zorin OS Pro mirror server is located in Singapore, which should have a direct cable link to Australia.
If you're using a VPN to download Zorin OS, the server might redirect to a mirror further away (based on the location of the VPN's server) which might result in a slower download.
You are honestly kidding right, I can provide a screenshot clearly showing I emailed you a week ago with my make and model, and no wonder it is so slow, Singapore's connection to Australia is on the western side, I come from the eastern side of Australia

I understand your frustration but sometimes email could fail to reach other end. You coud ask "read receipt" if your mailer allows you to do so.
Singapore is our closest mirror to Australia as our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) doesn't have any closer data centers.
As we haven't received your email, could you please let us know your computer's make and model here? This would help us to troubleshoot the issue and find a solution for you faster.

Fyi, the pro link i received also started off at 400 - 700kb/s but did go up half way through to 4mb/s...i had the time though so it finished after an hour and a half. I installed without issue and am currently using pro and loving it. Now i have installed and ran every available version of 16 there has been since alpha. All without issue!

I’m also on a Dell that couldn’t boot the original release of Zorin 16. I know this has since been fixed and I managed to get it booting as well on the old image.
I’m now about to install on a new SSD and realised there doesn’t seem to be a release version on the ISO and I haven’t seen any communication in newsletter or email to say errors were found and fixed.
Is this something that can be done going forward? I know most are usually fixed by on current version updates but this one, maybe not so

Since the problem was with shim, it didn't effect or change Zorin OS. It effected the efi boot, prior to grub. Anything that would change Zorin majorly (feature changes, kernel version changes and such) will include subversion increases.
HI, I have Lenovo Yoga 720 15ikb laptop. I'm not able to boot to the live media after the menu in EFI mode. But no problem in legacy mode. Please fix it.

Actually the problem has been solved quite a while ago and now we have revision 4.
If you are having a problem booting, I suggest you to review your EFI setting.
