"Save as" dialog focus in Chrome/Opera

Hi there, I'm using Zorin OS 16 and the Opera browser and my problem is that the "Save as" dialog in the browser is never in focus. I'm mostly saving (sometimes a lot) files in one location and just save them with the default file name, so just hitting enter when the dialog opens is the easiest. But this is not possible, it is always necessary to click the dialog with the mouse first which is a bit unpractical. I'm not sure if this is a Zorin or GNOME "bug", but does someone know a way to cha…
