After I chose Install or Install Safe graphics it still stuck on a black screen.
Can you please detail what Graphics card you are using?
Do you have integrated Intel? Dedicated Nvidia? AMD?

Good day - please let us know as per @Aravisian first message. Also, there are certain workarounds to the above - I being one of them and having a similar issue to yours - if it is in any relation to your actual issue.
