Hi JonathanNunes, would you mind sharing how you installed RedShif? This may seem obvious to you, but with all the options in application packages, and that not everyone will be using the same software you are, it is necessary.

Try open it via terminal. It's either
redshift-gtk
or
redshift
if you installed the .deb version of it via Software Center.
isn't it already insralled
