Install stuck during Z16 Pro Lite on Qnap NAS VM

HI,

Have installed a VM on my NAS and doing install of Z16 ProLite.

Got through much of the install but now it has frozen at a Restart.

Tried all I know to get it going but the mouse and Enter keys don't do anything.

Even the Taskbar is frozen.

Any advise please?

If its a VM you can forcibly restart it from the host. How are you running your setup what os, vmm, ect , and how are you controlling / connecting to the vm web? vnc?
