Install Zorin OS 16 pro with Bitlocked Windows?

I am pretty new to this, so don't be harsh to me. My Windows 10 installation is encrypted with BitLocker. Do I have to disable BitLocker before installing Zorin OS? I don't want to risk any data.
Also: I want to be able to dual boot Windows and Zorin.
