Yes software updates has updated and it is working fine now but it is getting problem in GNOME SOFTWARE

Is Telegram installed as a Flatpak or APT package?
The Software Store uses a Plugin for managing Flatpak and Snap packages. This is because it normally handles APT packages.
In terminal, please try running
