It can take many attempts, sometimes, to successfully diagnose an issue. While a person asking for advice on solving a problem may prioritize the problem they need solved, your peers must also prioritize keeping the forum a welcoming place.
While some Forum Categories (such as Chat about Zorin OS) are akin to a relaxed chatroom, this Helpdesk is more akin to a Professional Office Environment and courtesy and decency are highly valued here.

Making a help request:
The O.P. (Original Post) of a help request ideally will contain

Please ensure that you have set your Zorin OS edition in your profile.

System specifications, manufacturer and model of the device in question.

Actions you have recently taken. This includes running recent updates, troubleshooting steps, software installs and removals.

Which kernel you are using.

Details of your observations. A vague statement like, "It doesn't work" lacks detail that could expedite troubleshooting. Try to describe what you see including any error messages.
How to add or get information (expand points using the arrow)
Add your Zorin OS Edition to your profile:
Summary
Navigate to your profile settings by clicking the User Icon on the upper right of the Zorin Forum top bar. On the new page, click the last tab on the right > Preferences.
Now, in the left pane, select > Profile
Here, you may scroll down to Zorin OS Editions with a drop down menu. Select the OS edition you are using.
