Is it normal for the system to overload so easily?

Is this normal ?, I only have to open two LibreOffice documents, one or two Chrome tabs and Microsoft Teams and the system starts to slow down quite a bit especially the animations

I have a decent Processor and quite a Ram, I don't know why it happens :frowning:

What exactly do yo mean overload. The use of RAM, CPU or GPU?
