Is there a way to decrease transparency of selection highlight

Well this is not a major issue but I was wondering if there is a way to change transparency of selection highlight

I couldn't capture it on screenshot but its really hard to see what app is selected in menu/ what option is selected in pop ups
i use zorin core 16.2

You need to learn .css coding and change the Gnome-shell.css file of the theme you are using.
