You can install it tomorrow. And according to me, KDE Neon would be better as it needs a bit less specs as compared to Fedora

As I think, unlike fedora,kde can be installed only in one partition.

Yes. I have also tried booting disconnecting all devices.
Hmm my lappy also faces this problem whenever an external keyboard is connected to it.
