I tried many ways to fix. It. Install windows
Install Linux again
Try some other distro

For now only Linux mint is installed
Dell Inspiron 3521, i5 at 1.8 Ghz...
This model had some trouble with its video card easily overheating.
And an overheating of that nature could easily cause lag. When were the fans and heatsinks last cleaned?
