Keyboard has dongle is it need to be compatible

if the keyboard has dongle is it need to be compatible with the linux or it will just work on linux normaly

Usually, drivers for peripherals are in the kernel. However, there may be occasional situations whereby the equipment is newer than the kernel or just a unique piece of hardware that the kernel has not been updated yet. So usually it will work but you won't know it until you try the distribution. The good news is most distributions like Zorin offer a live USB to try the distribution out before installing to see if your hardware will work.

You could create a Live USB of ZorinOS and boot that selecting "Try Zorin" option to first test the keyboard function before doing a full installation.

And when creating USB, I recommend Ventoy. https://www.ventoy.net/en/index.html
