Support Canon PIXMA TS8250

Download drivers, software, firmware and manuals and get access to troubleshooting resources for your PIXMA product.

You should see a choice of print/scan drivers including .deb files which would be easier to install here:

Thanks for the Link
But it is the same Link only in englisch

Right click the cnijfilter2-5.70-1-deb.tar.gz and select "Extract Here" from the context menu.
In the extracted folder, open Packages folder.
Double click the cnijfilter2_5.70-1_amd64.deb debian package to run the self Installer Package.

Sorry, seems I was wrong about that. Only find out it's a deb.tar.gz not .deb when you proceed to download. Anyhow Aravisian has since jumped in with installation advice.

Thanks for the help
Printers and scanners work, but only with the Canon driver

But now I have another problem, the driver from Zorin OS is being installed again and again and it doesn't work.

I've removed it multiple times but it keeps coming back.
