Lofi recommendations for focus time - what do you play?

I finally got some free time after a long stretch, so I’m kicking off a new small project.
Curious to know — do you listen to lofi while working or studying?

If yes:

  • What are your go-to lofi channels/playlists/albums?
  • Any underrated artists or tracks I should check out?

I’m looking to build something different and lightweight, so your recommendations would help a lot! :headphone::sparkles:

(yt-music links preferred, definitely don't wanna deal with that greedy green player)

I can't help with Recommendations but I have a Quastion: What is/means ''Lofi''?

Lofi basically means low-fidelity music. It’s usually soft, chill hip-hop or ambient beats, the kind you keep running in the background while working or studying.

Like this one :backhand_index_pointing_down:

Lofi

I’m looking for some of your favorite tracks so I can add them as the default picks in my new project!!

Ah, okay. Never heard of that. I only tokk a quick Look at Youtube and Test-heard some Stuff and I liked these 3:

Edit: Does the Style matter? I saw some Retro-Synth Stuff, too.

DefCon Radio, DroneZone, n5md, Synphaere, and The Dark Zone all on soma.fm. I have them streaming through Rhythmbox.

Awesome, thanks for sharing these! And nah, style doesn't matter retro, synth or whatever you vibe with is totally fine!

Also here is a sneak peek to my project ^-^

Looking good!

I enjoy these Lo-Fi beats quite a bit myself, but I don't have any specific artists or playlists. There are so many videos on YT already that I jump play one of them randomly in the background. Although I'm pretty fond of those that are versions of popular OST, like this one:

So, You built some kind of Search Tool or Interface for finding these kind of Content?
