I see these entries in my logs every day, they don't seem to be causing me any problems, but are they of concern?

it's the only little problem, the others are here for most of users.
open in terminal and give me the output of

cat /etc/udev/rules.d/80-canon_mfp2.rules

To get an answer for each entry, one solution might be to ask Brave's AI. I entered the first two log entries, and the answers seem plausible.

It is, @Nourpon . Be aware I am a 'newbie' to Linux when it comes to solving problems - I have been using it for about five years, without any issue, but just thought I'd query these 'important' notifications, out of interest.

When You don't have any Issues with Your System and connected Devices, You can ignore it. Logs are for reporting all Stuff that isn't like the default should be - what doesn't mean that there is an actual Issue.

Do You have a Canon Device? If yes: Does it work fine?

I do have a Canon MFP , but it is in 'suspend' mode most of the time, but works OK when I ask it to print/copy/scan.

Okay, good. Then, I think, You don't need to worry. But You can follow @Nourpon to see if there might be something to check of Course. To take a Look doesn't hurt.

Thanks. As everything seems to work, I just wondered what those entries meant, I was not unduly concerned.
I'll see if @Nourpon has any further thoughts, and then decide which of your replies to mark as the 'solution'.

No there are not more thoughts, no worries about this log entries, it's just some noise...
