antes de vir para o zorin os usava o motrix como gerenciador de dowloads mais infelismente estou temdo problemas ao executar o app

Olá, suspeito que o problema possa estar relacionado com a versão snap/flatpak/App image instalada, uma vez que estas versões são executadas externamente ao sistema. Seria melhor removê-la e instalar a versão .deb a partir daqui:

@anderson Your images seem to be missing from your post. Maybe you did not give them enough time to upload.
EDIT: Just seen Swarf's reply. I agree with his suggestion to try the .deb version.
