You can find here some Links to help with the Translations. But in Your Case it sounds for me more like a Gnome Translation Thing. So, it would be adressed to the Desktop.
You could try to go to Settings>Region & Language and there click on:
A Window will open where automatically will be search forinstallable additional Language Packages. Maybe there are some offered for You Language.
