Firstly you need a notebook with a matt screen and in terms of GNU/Linux, if you can afford it I would recommend you purchase one from Nova Custom, particularly if you want Zorin pre-installed.
In terms of sparrow wallet I would post in their issues page to ask how well it works with magnification software and ease of navigation. I would also ask if they could provide an install script for Debian based GNU/Linux.
I don't know which part of the world you live as there are different GNU/Linux hardware providers and not all ship worldwide. You could also contact Nova Custom who can build you a notebook with Zorin pre-installed.
