Storm, yes 4K 60 - 4K 144 will always look better. Having said that, webcams have always been for live streaming, never recorded video uploads.
When it comes to streaming, your internet speed/bandwidth, network loads, dictate your actual resolution with mysterious compression protocols.
As such, using a webcam that does 1080P 30, seriously reduces network load, which in turn should reduce the level of data compression needed, giving you a more clear picture with less pixallation.
Most people use notebooks, which have the webcam built in, which are typically 720P 24. Nobody needs a 4K 60 - 4K 144 webcam, completely pointless. Hope your webcam serves you well!
